The Civil Rights Division is responsible for affirmative action and Title VI/Equal Employment Opportunity contract compliance.

The division oversees the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), Small Business Enterprise (SBE), and Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUB) programs and DBE compliance elements of Business Outreach and Program Services.

Division Director Michael D. Bryant also serves in the following capacities for the Department’s civil rights-related programs:
